We all have our vices. Some of us need a scoop of ice cream every night in order to feel sane. Some of us sneak out twice a year to play the slots in Atlantic City. And some of us (many of us) are a little too addicted to social media. It's the disease of our age: most of us spend more time than we'd like watching videos and looking at pictures of other people.
We love to see people cook food, play with their pets, put on makeup, and do whatever it is that people do on social media. We can't help it. They've set up a trap for us and we can't fully blame ourselves for falling into it. Social media addiction is part of what it means to be a human in 2025, and it's our job to help each other through it when we can.
