NeoGames and the New Hampshire Lottery Commission (NHLC), the first state-run lottery in the United States and one of the country’s most successful lotteries, announced the approval by the Governor and Executive Council of a seven-year agreement, beginning July 1, 2025, under which NeoGames will deliver its complete iLottery solution to the NHLC.
The contract will see NeoGames provide a complete turn-key iLottery solution for NHLC, including its player account management (PAM), NeoSphere®, it’s central gaming system (CGS) NeoDraw® for the sales of draw-based games, einstant games from NeoGames Studio, in addition to engaging content from Wizard® Games.
As part of the full solution, NeoGames will also deliver a new website, a mobile application and a loyalty program to the NHLC in partnership with Gambyt. Additionally, NeoGames will provide a range of services, including marketing services from the NeoEngage® customer engagement solution, delivering real-time and personalized enhancements, among many other features, to further grow the NHLC’s success with its iLottery program.
Since the NHLC’s iLottery launch in 2018, NeoGames has provided the Lottery with its iLottery platform, games, and various services through its Joint Venture NeoPollard Interactive (NPi). As part of the new agreement, NeoGames will become the sole provider of NHLC’s iLottery program, reinforcing NeoGames’ status as a leader in delivering iLottery solutions and content.
NeoGames’ iLottery solution leads the U.S. market, where lotteries using NeoGames solutions hold an estimated 70%* of the iLottery gross wager market share. The new agreement between NeoGames and the NHLC means the top four per capita U.S. iLottery states of New Hampshire, Michigan, Virginia and North Carolina will all continue to be on NeoGames’ platform.
