Maksym brings over 14 years of extensive experience in various executive roles at top FMCG companies and national media holdings. He has a proven track record of successfully developing new businesses, revamping and enhancing large systems, and leading teams of up to 2,500 people.
At BETER, Maksym will leverage his expertise to advance the Sports division, which includes table tennis, basketball, and ping pong. His responsibilities will encompass setting goals, crafting and implementing strategies, and driving growth. He is also tasked with enhancing operational excellence by introducing new sports disciplines to BETER’s portfolio, expanding existing ones like the flagship Setka Cup table tennis tournaments, onboarding new operator partners, and expanding BETER’s market reach.
