Sometimes we have no choice but to fail. Have you ever been carrying a bunch of stuff in your hands, and as you're making your way, you feel something about to slip out from your reach, but you have no way to stop it from happening, so you just have to let it fall? It can be a very humbling experience… to have no choice but to let failure befall you. Failing is great at teaching us things, that's why babies chew on everything because they have to see what the limits of their behavior are. Failure teaches us our limits, but it also encourages us to try and try again.
The folks behind these design fails must have absorbed this lesson fully. They fail and fail until they fail so hard that some rando puts them on the internet for other randos to enjoy. And boy are we lucky that they do.
