Christmas in the 80s was a whole vibe. Flamboyant colors, bright lights, and festivities already dotted the entire decade, but when you threw Christmas spirit in the mix, well, Gen X thrived. The toys were fun, the groceries were cheap, and Granny made the best mashed potatoes. You could play outside in the snow and never get cold and the white Christmas morning of your dreams was always a reality.
